C19 front; possibly post-1844. 3 storeys. 1 window bay and door. Slate gabled roof. Colourwashed rendered front. Sash windows without glazing bars on all floors. Square doorway to right hand; half-glazed door.
Nos 1 to 4 (consec) Monmouth Street form a group: to the west the vista is closed by Nos 6 and 6A Coombe Street.
