SY 39 NE MARSHWOOD MUTTON STREET 5/38 Higher Sminhay Farmhouse - II Farmhouse. C16. Rubble walls, rendered and in parts roughcast. Corrugated-iron roof, half-hipped. Brick stack rendered on ridge at centre. 2 storeys. 3 windows, wooden casements with 2 and 3 lights. Plank door. Interior: fu;; jointed-cruck roof construction with slip-tenons, in situ. 2 large open fire- places, one with bread oven on left hand side. Other with moulded stone jambs and a depressed-arch wooden lintel over. Brick blocking. Wooden spiral stair Stable extension at right hand, rubble-walled with corrugated iron roof.
