C18 to early to mid C19. 3 storeys. 4 windows. Slate gabled roof. Stuccoed front. 2 paired sashes on 2nd floor. Glazing bars intact above ground floor. C19 shop window. Passage at left hand end; 6 panelled door.
Nos 4, 4A, 5 & 6 and the Guildhall, Bridge Street, together with No 62 church Street and Nos 42-45 (consec) and No 47 Coombe Street form a group.
