Fairfields has a 2 storey 3 window stone rubble front with altered sash windows. New plaintile roof. Central doorway has wood doorcase with reeded frieze and small pediment. On right hand side is yard entry leading to wing to rear formerly comprising Ivy Cottages.
Digby Estate Nos 271 to 274 (consec), Wyekham Cottage, Fernleigh; The Shell; Mistletoe Cottage; Fairfields; The Malt House; Eastfields; Tyndall; Linden, The Cottage and Corner House form a group.
