Description
HIGH EAST STREET 1. 5191 (North Side) No 42 SY 6990 7/41 II GV 2. 3 storey 3 window red brick front. Early C19. Moulded eaves cornice. Sash windows with glazing bars missing. Central round headed doorway has recessed arch-ring and good fanlight. One of the few houses without a shopfront. Nos 35 to 43 (consec), and No39A and 39B, and Arch between Nos 40 and 41 and British Legion Headquarters form a group.
