Description

BEAMINSTER EAST STREET, (SOUTH SIDE) ST 4701/4801 7/44 No 6 GV II Attached House, formerly Bell and Crown Public House. Early C19. Lias stone walls. Slate roof with stone gable-copings. Renewed brick stacks at left hand gable, centre, right hand gable. 2 storeys. 5 windows, 3-and 2-light wooden casements with glazing-bars. Segmental- headed windows with voussoirs. 2 canted bay windows with stone bases, sashes and glazing-bars. One pane's width at sides. Front doors: left of centre, wooden, 4-panelled with 2 top lights. Wooden canopy over, carried on iron brackets, C19. Immediately right of canted bay 2, one narrow panelled door. Further right, one wooden side door with lintel over. Listing NGR: ST4826201144
