BEAMINSTER EAST STREET, (SOUTH SIDE) ST 4701/4801 7/44 No 6 GV II
Attached House, formerly Bell and Crown Public House. Early C19. Lias stone walls. Slate roof with stone gable-copings. Renewed brick stacks at left hand gable, centre, right hand gable. 2 storeys. 5 windows, 3-and 2-light wooden casements with glazing-bars. Segmental- headed windows with voussoirs. 2 canted bay windows with stone bases, sashes and glazing-bars. One pane's width at sides. Front doors: left of centre, wooden, 4-panelled with 2 top lights. Wooden canopy over, carried on iron brackets, C19. Immediately right of canted bay 2, one narrow panelled door. Further right, one wooden side door with lintel over.
