Detached cottage, former gardener's cottage. Probably C18. Walls of brick and flint banding, tiled roof hipped at right end. One brick stack at left gable, one at rear at right end. One storey and attic. Brick plat band at attic floor level. Ledged door. Ground floor has 2 casements under gauged brick arches, with Gothic style framing and lead lights. Attic has 4 gabled dormers with shaped bargeboards and similar casements. Scalloped eaves fascia. Attached brick garden walls at each end, of brick, with shallow buttresses at intervals and curved brick copings. Picturesque.
