Listed Building: KEEPER'S COTTAGE (105169)

SY 58 SE ABBOTSBURY NEW BARN ROAD 5/50 Keeper's Cottage GV II Detached Cottage. C18, with possibly earlier core. Rubble-stone walls with stone quoins. Thatch roof with gable ends and rendered brick stacks. 2 storeys. 2 windows, 2- and 3-light wooden casements with glazing-bars, wooden cills and concrete lintels. Plank door, with one glass light at centre; porch: rendered and with a gabled slate roof. Outbuilding at north end, beyond a straight joint, rubble-stone walls, with a half-hipped thatch roof. 2-light cast-iron casement with glazing-bars on gable end. 3-light C20 casement on south wall. Outshut at rear of cottage, with original catslide thatch roof over. The C20 extension of the cottage at east end is not listed. Listing NGR: SY5983283382
