Two attached cottages. C18 with heavy C20 renovation. Dressed stone walls. "Chapel Hayes". Thatch roof with decorative block-ridging and stone gable-coping at right hand. C20 brick stacks at left hand gable, centre, and right hand gable. 1½ and 2 storeys. 3-light wooden casements with lead lights, C20. Wooden cills. 3 eyebrow dormers. Front door, left of centre, plank-and-muntin, C20. Thatch porch canopy cW. "Lady Hay": same materials, C20 2-light casements with horizontal glazing-bars. Wooden cills. Stone arch-voussoirs over. Plank door, left of centre, C20.
