Farmhouse. Later C18. Red brick walls in Flemish bond. Mansard slate roof with gable ends. 2 brick stacks at left and right gables with moulded cornices. Single depth house. 2 storeys with attics. 3 windows, sashes of 4 pane width, with glazing bars. Gauged brick window heads. Dormers with shallow sashes, pentice slate roofs continue upper pitch of roof. Slate sides to dormers. Wooden front door at centre with fielded panelling and 2 top lights. Flat canopy over with moulded cornice carried on volute brackets.
