Description

MARINE PARADE 1. 1357 (North Side) No 11 (Argyle) SY 3492 1/171 SY 3491 2/171 II GV 2. l833. Formerly a bath house. 3-storey building; ground floor projection with 1st and 2nd storeys in recession. First and 2nd floors each have 2 openings and are slate-hung. Segmental headed openings with modern 2-light casements on 2nd floor; French casements to 1st floor. Ground floor clad in roughcast and surmounted by wood balustrade. Wide 3-centred entrance to centre with rusticated dressings; modern double doors. To either side a 3-centred headed window with radiating glazing pattern. Nos 4 to 6 (consec) together with Nos 6A, 7, 8, 8A, 9, 11, 12 and Sundial form a group. Listing NGR: SY3406492003
