C18 to C19. Slate roof. Stone rubble front. 1 window bay and door to each. 2-light segmental headed windows above, 2-light square-headed windows below, left hand one with lintel. Ledged doors in frames.
Nos 2 and 3, Digby Estate Nos 166 and 167 and The Old Mitre form a group with Outbuilding to south of premises occupied by P J Stainer.
