Early C19 terrace, originally 3 houses. 2-storeys. 6 windows. Stuccoed. Parapet. Glazing bars intact. Iron verandah on ground floor with hood supported on trellised columns along the whole front except the 2 easternmost window bays. Westfield has 4 sash windows on 1st floor; 5 windows on ground floor including 2 casements surmounted by rectangular lights with diamond tracery. Modern door. 2 window bays to Packway; on ground floor, 2 casements with rectangular lights with tracery over. Buildings shown on this site on "Plan of Lyme Regis and Environs, 1841."
