2. Early or mid C19. Stucco. Hipped slate roof, wide eaves with cut brackets. 3 storeys. 2 ranges of sashes with glazing bars. Labelled "Sea View" in contemporary letters. Nos 92-102 (even) are unlikely to have been built before 1819 when West Bay Road was built.
Nos 90 to 102 (even) form a group.
