Post Office and 2 attached cottages in a row. c.Late C17. Rubble- stone walls. Thatch roof. Brick stack at centre ridge. 1½ storeys with gable-ends. 5 windows, 2- and 3-light cast-iron casements with glazing-bars. Wooden cills and lintels. Doors, at left hand to post office, C20. Two doors, next to each other at centre, plank with 4 glass lights, C20. Interior: Peggottys: large open fireplace in right ground room with wooden bressummer, straight-chamfered, and stopped. Brick-lined bread oven in left jamb. Roughly-chamfered ceiling-beams to ground floor.
