7/6 3 Dearing Monuments 5 metres south of chancel of church of St Mary.

Table-Tombs. Later C17. Stone. (1) Nearest chancel. Half sunk into ground with ovolo-mould to cornice. Flat top. Inscription in capitals: "Here lyeth the body of Luke Dearing the Elder" ...(illegible). (2) Central. Table-tomb with broken down top block and one mutilated end block. (3-) Outer. Table-tomb with cyma-moulded top block. Inscription: "Here lyeth the body of Luke Dearing the Elder who was buried the Seventh Day of August. Anno Dom. 1666.
