Description
ST 3703 THORNCOMBE FORE STREET, EAST SIDE Glebe House, Gate Piers on 7/97 Fore Street, 25 metres South of House 4.12.51 GV II Gate piers, 25 metres South of the House. C18. Ham stone. Two square piers of large stone blocks. Classical cornices with an ogee cap to one pier; the other is lost. Rebates to both piers, each terminated with a scroll top.
