Farmhouse, late C18 though possibly with an earlier core. Coursed rubble walls, stone slate roof with gable ends and end stone stacks. 2 storeys. 4 window range. 2-light casements with glazing bars. Concrete lintels. Rendered, tiled, gabled porch with 6-panel, part-glazed door. Half- hipped tiled extension right. Rubble rear wing. RCHM, Dorset, vol III, p 16, no.12.
