Description
FINGER LANE 1. 1625 Gospel Hall Including dwarf walls and railings
ST 6316 1/83 II GV 2.
Gabled front with recent pebble-dash finish. Pointed Gothic windows flanking stone doorway. Cast iron railings. Gable has kneelers and moulded parapet coping. Oval stone tablet in gable with inscription "Providence Chapel 1838". Dwarf wall and railings extend across the front of the Chapel. C19. Dwarf wall of stone rubble with ashlar coping. Railings have uprights with finials of foliate design.
Nos 1, 2, Gospel Hall, Nos 3 to 6 (consec) and garden wall to Pineska in Acreman Street form a group.
