C17 origin. Low 2 storey stone rubble front with 3 widely spaced windows. Two 3-light casements retaining lead glazing at right hand end on first floor; other windows are sashes. On ground floor, sash windows 4 panes wide at left hand end; wide low doorway with plain reveals and 6-panelled door (top 2 panels glazed), and vehicular entry in westernmost bay. Patent plaintile roof with cresting.
Nos 60 to 68 (even) form a group with Nos 2 to 4 (consec) and wall and gate piers to west of No 2 Newland Gardens.
